Hello everyone .
I have juz came back from yunnan . Hahas , i really have a great fun over there . . and i dun wish to come back to singapore so soon . But too bad we only go for 8days . Haiz . . but afterall i have made a lot of new friends there . Let me introduce a bit of this programme . The Ascent@Yunnan is part of West 4 Cluster's effort to specially tailor programmes that enhance the learning experience of Normal (Technical) students by engaging them through various learning platform and beyond-classroom experience . Named W4 ASCENT @ YUNNAN , this project encapsulates the qualities that we hope to hone in our Normal (Technical) students , i.e. that they will strive to achieve , serve , contribute and excel in all that they do . The Schools involved in this project are Bukei View Secondary School , Hong Kah Secondary School , Hua Yi Secondary School , Jurongville Secondary School and Yuan Ching Secondary School . The learning objectives are to broaden students' appreciation of cultural diversities outside of singapore , to expose studnets to the opportunities in the service sector through a programme conducted by a leading overseas tourism school , to let studnets gain self-confidence and independence , to promote team-building skills amongst the students , to enable the students to discover their innate talents and spark theirs aspirations to achieve their potentials , to provide students with opportunities to experience the international competitive landscape , so as to enlarge theirs global awareness . I really miss all the students that have go for this programme . The students were Ezal , Aloysius , Siti Mariana , Siti Nur'Anizah , Shuqri , Fadly , Taqi , Azhar , Hafizah , Si Hao , Nurul Masturah , Siti Aisyah , Teck Koon , Zhong Han , Ainul Shahirah , Nurul Fatin , Siti Izzati , Irsyad , Kim Leong , Liyana , Izyan , Ivan , Hikam , Ai Shuang , Yi Ling , Hafiz , David , Fateh , Fatinah , Afiqah , Huda , Hakim , Fardee and Wada .
