   Hello people .Hahas , had juz came back from the sec 2 team building camp . The camp was very fun but a bit tired cuz we need to do push-up , sit-up and success clap (as in some kind like star jump but without jumping) . But in the end , i really have a lot of fun at there . This is some of the success principles that i have learnt from the camp . Choices have consequences.Every step that you take you are confronted with choices. The power and freedom to choose is always in your hands. And with each choice you face a consequence, positive or negative. So if you dont like your consequences, change your choices. There is no failure only learning experiences.Lets look at failures not as setbacks but as opportunities for growth. Behind each setback, there is a lesson to be learnt. If once you do not succeed, do your best that second time because success is just around the corner. All for one one for all.Before everyone has made it none of us has made it. Each one of us will make a difference for all of us. Because alone we can only do so litte…together we can do so much more. Do it once, do it fast, do it right.Whatever task you are given, give it a 100 per cent and get it right the first time. Strive for success, go for excellence. Say no to the good so you can say yes to the best. If I cant then I must. There is always a way.There are no such thing as cant, what it is are just limiting beliefs. And when faced with these limiting beliefs, lets face the challenge and change that cant to a must. This is some of the activity which we had at the camp . Victory March , It was a long tough and ardous one but together we encouraged and motivated each other on. We walked from the MARANG TRAIL up to MOUNT FABER PARK to the HENDERSON WAVES where we could see a birds eye view of southern Singapore then on to the TREE TOP WALK, HOT PARK and finally exiting at BUKIT CANDU to end up at our base camp. Though long, we perservered stayed resilient and conqiuered the walk together as one cohort Each step was one step closer towards our outcome and that is also true for achieving success in life-take one step at a time and one day you will reach your destination. After gathering at the MARANG TRAIL - which was incidentally known as our FORM UP POINT-Major Gopal introduced us to Major Ridtz, who were going to bring us on a long walk back to the campsite- a long walk home to signify the unity we bring home after going out in the world out there. |
